Our groups provide a combination of progressive strength training with fun and engaging workouts! The goal is long term progression over every aspect of fitness. Every workout can be modified to the individual!
Open Gym
Open gym hours are limited but provide clients the opportunity to make up missed days or work on skills and lifts as desired. Certain rules apply.
Senior Sessions
30 minute workouts for seniors or persons that prefer a short workout focusing on total body. Maintaining or improving function is our number 1 priority!
Young Athletes
During the school year this 30 minute group focuses on skill acquisition and learning to move properly. Summer programs can vary in time and duration.
